It runs on credits, in packs you buy when you need them: no subscription, no renewal to remember to cancel. Everything else — writing, arranging chapters, downloading your book — stays free, just like before.
One thing, writer to writer: Spark doesn't write your book for you, and it shouldn't. It asks the right questions, reminds you what you decided three chapters ago, shows you where a sentence stumbles. The voice stays yours. And if something feels off, tell us through “Help us improve”: we really do read every report.
Try itIf you're writing a thesis, you know how much the notes weigh. Now you add them right in the text, with citations linked to your bibliography: eight styles, and you can import references from BibTeX or RIS. When you're done, download it all as Word, with title page, abstract, table of contents, notes and bibliography already in place.
Try itAs soon as you create a work, press “Open Spark” and tell it the story as it comes, even in a jumble, typing or out loud. Spark walks you through it in stages, one question at a time, and at the end of each stage what you decided is saved to the Dashboard on its own. In the last stage it suggests your chapter outline.
Try itSome ideas show up while you're walking or cooking, never when you're at your desk. Now you can dictate them: the microphone is there in the chapter, in the structure and in the Spark chat. It works on Chrome, Edge and Safari.
Try itWhen the book is finished, “Publish on Amazon” builds your ePub for free, with title page, copyright and table of contents, ready to upload to Amazon KDP. If you like, Spark can also write your book listing: description, keywords and categories.
Try itOn the phone the page has gone minimal: one line at the top, your text, and the microphone under your thumb. Everything else waits in a menu until you look for it. Twenty minutes on the train is enough for a scene.
Try itThe Dashboard is your work's bible: characters, places, plot and style, all in one place. Now you can take it in at a glance: each page is a tile in a mosaic, with a color for each area, and you see right away where you stand. The more you fill it in, the more to the point Spark's answers get.
Try itWe redesigned the writing screen: the tools sit at the bottom, the chapters in a drawer you open when you need them, and when you select a sentence a small bubble shows what you can do with it. In the middle, at last, there's only your text.
Try itNot all of us write in English, and not all in the same English as the person next door. There are 31 writing languages, with the most requested regional variants: American English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Canadian French. Spark answers in your book's language.
Every writer's fear is losing a good page. Before applying a change suggested by Spark, NovLore puts aside a copy of the text as it was, and you can save a version by hand whenever you like. Whatever happens, what you wrote stays.
